Use 2–20 parts. Their amounts must equal the total exactly. One transaction remains in the account ledger.
Own-account transfers do not count as spending. Refunds reduce category spending in the month they are recorded. To use your savings allocation, record an expense in Savings & debt; do not also record a transfer for the same allocation.
